Normally, filling out referral forms can be a pain. But with the NurseNotes Print Center, it’s easy! You can print out referrals, color test letters, screening summaries, or many other documents, and they will all be pre-populated with student data. Even better, you don’t have to use complicated queries to find students — it’s easy to search.

We have a variety of documents pre-loaded in NurseNotes, but if your school district has specific documents you need, just let us know and we’ll be happy to add them.
